Coparent Record is in an early pilot stage. This policy explains what the pilot-list website collects and how that information is used. The current website does not accept or process coparenting emails, text messages, court orders, or other private case documents.

Information we collect

When you request pilot access, we collect the email address you provide, where your communications are currently stored, an approximate length of your communication history, and the date of your request. Our hosting providers may also process routine technical data needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs.

How we use it

We use pilot registration information to evaluate interest, select and contact potential pilot participants, send product or pilot updates, understand which import methods matter most, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host the website, store registrations, secure the service, or deliver email on our behalf. We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

We keep pilot-list information only as long as it is reasonably useful for the pilot, product development, security, and legal obligations. You may ask to be removed by replying to any Coparent Record pilot email you receive.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this early-stage website. No online system is completely secure. Do not send or upload private communications or case documents through the pilot form.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from non-essential updates or request deletion of your registration by replying to a pilot email. If the product later begins processing private coparenting records, we will publish a more detailed policy before asking participants to upload or connect that information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the pilot develops. The effective date above will change when material updates are published.
